Let It Snow: The Jubilee Express

Synopsis:

An ill-timed storm on Christmas Eve buries the residents of Gracetown under multiple feet of snow and causes quite a bit of chaos. One brave soul ventures out into the storm from her stranded train and sets off a chain of events that will change quite a few lives. Over the next three days one girl takes a risky shortcut with an adorable stranger, three friends set out to win a race to the Waffle House (and the hash brown spoils), and the fate of a teacup pig falls into the hands of a lovesick barista.
A trio of today's bestselling authors   John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle brings all the magic of the holidays to life in three hilarious and charming interconnected tales of love, romance, and kisses that will steal your breath away.

The book I'm reading is Let It Snow, three holiday romances. There are three parts in this book by three different authors, Maureen Johnson, John Green, and Lauren Myracle. So far I have read the first part of the book, The Jubilee Express, Maureen Johnson. Johnson is an American author that creates books of young adult fiction. When I finished reading my other books I chose to read this and it was just in time for the holiday season, so I thought, "Why not read it now, since I do need to read a new book?" I chose this book because the synopsis captured my attention. I also really liked the fact that this book is a interconnected story. "Let It Snow" isn't only a one main character story, but contains about two or four main characters. Jubilee Douglas, main character in "The Jubilee Express, is a daughter of parents who are obsessed with the Flobie Santa Village. Her parents named her after one of the Flobie Santa Village, Jubilee Hall. She had a boyfriend named Noah and ended up breaking up through the phone. [How amazing..] So far, I have finished the first part of the book and it's quite amazing. Jubilee, like I've mentioned, has parents who are obsessed with the Flobie Santa Village, and they actually get arrested in the story. Because of this incident, she was told to go to Florida to her grandparent's house on Christmas Eve. On her way there her train got stuck in Gracetown. To keep warm, Jubilee goes out to find shelter, a Waffle House. In the Waffle House, she meets a talkative waiter, a tinfoil man, and a cute target worker. Cute target worker named Stuart offers her to follow him to his house because she was starting to get annoyed in the Waffle House, and so she does. She meets Stuart's mom and little sister and may or may not be dating. Read to find out!!

The Jubilee Express is about a brave girl who ventures out into a strong blizzard from her stranded train then meets an adorable stranger. The plot of this story amazes me in so many ways. One, because it's about a girl who goes out into a blizzard with a cute stranger in a town she isn't familiar with but ends up in good hands. Two, because she is a brave individual to go out into a blizzard and to break up with her boyfriend over the phone "Let It Snow" is a comedy type of love story. It'll for sure capture anyone's attention. Through the week, I've learned about five new vocabulary words which are juggernaut, vestibule, defaulted, tangentially, and post apocalyptic.

This book, in my opinion, is must have and must read, 10/10!!
